Bill Hough Is Bubble Boy Winner
Earlier this month at the Missouri State Championship, Bill Hough got extremely close to qualifying for the Sin City Showdown by finishing third. However, it was the top two players that qualified for the National Championship sending Bill home in third place and just missing out. Luckily for Bill the dream wasn't over. At all the state championships every player received a chance to play against each other for yet another chance at qualifying for the National Final.




t was definitely Ladies' Nights at Don's Market in Franksville, WI. Only 6 of the 26 players were women, but two are going to Nationals. Joyce Birkenmeyer (Paradise Lanes - pitctured left) took first place and Annie Esser (Pitcher's Pub) finished second.
On Sunday over 110 Tournament of Champion Winners logged onto FPN Online for their shot at a spot in the Sin City Showdown National Championship. All 110 players won their respective bars TOC to get to this point so it was a no holds barred tournament with the crème de la crème.
The Western Wisconsin State Finals were held this past weekend (Saturday the 14th) at the Outer Limits Bar and Grill in New Richmond WI. The 22 players in attendance were SUPER EXCITED to hear about the runner up receiving an invitation to the National Finals, thus, giving each of them a one in ten shot at headed to VEGAS this July.
On Saturday May 7, 2011 twelve of New Jerseys best players came to Kabobs for our State Championship Tournament. Two players, Mike Berardesco and John Jackson started the day with 20,000 in chips while the other ten started with 10,000. The game started precisely at 2:00 pm. Frank Talty was the first player out after 3 hours of play. (Frank won the best dressed award hands down, pictured standing middle).
