Vegas Vacation National Championship 2 Days Away
We are only two days away from possibly crowning a new NATIONAL CHAMPION! The reason why we can't say we will be crowning a new National Champion is becuase Steve O'Connor (IL) will be in the field. In FPN history we have never had a two time National Champion, however Steve will have the opportunity to not only become the first person to win it twice, but also do it back to back.
Everyone that is coming to Vegas has been invited to our suite on the 18th floor on Thursday night for some free cocktails to unwind before we get after it the next day. You just never know who might show up to that party.
The National Championship will be on Friday, May 29th with a start time of 11am Vegas time. It will be held where it all started from inside Binion's poker room. There were 133 qualifiers for Nationals and so far we have received 100 RSVP's confirming they will be in attendance. Those 100 players will be from 18 different states. Altogether for the Vegas Vacation promotion there were 7,846 players who partiicipated. We are down to the last 1% remaining.
Will the FPN title remain in IL or will another state claim it? Current National Championship count is MN - 6, ND -3, NE -2, SD -2, TX -1, DE -1, and IL -1.
