The Regional Championship Tournament is almost here! One lucky winner will win a WSOP package including buy-in plus airfare and hotel to Las Vegas, PLUS, the chance to compete in the National Finals (a 26 player tournament) where the overall winner will win a $10,000 seat into this years World Series of Poker Main Event...
Dan Hjelmgren from Outer Limits in New Richmond, WI was among the finalists for the Gold Rush Championship the weekend of January 19-20th. The final tournament featured 10 grand prizes plus $5,000 in mystery cash bounties. Dan knocked out a player about midway through day 1 and earned a $500 cash bounty. Congrats Dan!

He has made 4 final tables in a row recently take a nice lead over Georgia Button with 4 weeks to go in the contest. Molly's Grill has a nice crowd averaging 44 players a night.
