Dicky Just from the Lariat Lounge in Wishek, ND was drawn for the January perfect attendance. Dicky attended all five possible weeks, unfortunately not pointing once, but came out the big winner by getting lucky enough to be drawn. Dicky has won a brand new lap top, way to go. FPN Poker Pro Champion Brandon Dosch from the Bowler in Fargo, ND immediately proved his status as National Champ by nearly winning the Five Diamond Classic Event #13 ($1,080 buy-in), the first of several events Brandon will play in 2012 thanks to winning the FPN Poker Pro package. Brandon navigated the field of 246 to eventually finish 4th for over $16,000! Along the way he played against Barry Greenstein and other famous and successful poker players from all over the world. After the event, Brandon said he was "tired" but was excited about the playing more in 2012. Thanks for representing the league so well Brandon and good luck!
On a beautiful day in Bismarck, 126 players made their way from all corners of the state to battle it out for trips to Las Vegas and a seat in the FPN Poker Pro National Final. In the end, eleven (11) happy players earned their spot in Vegas and five (5) won airfare/hotel accommodations...

Every bar in the league invited all regular season tournament winners to a special "Tournament of Champions" tournament recently and those individual champs all recently competed for the NATIONAL Tournament of Champions final on FPN Online. When it was all said and done, Mike Marek (pictured) from East Grand Forks, MN came out victorious and earned air/hotel package to Las Vegas to compete in the FPN Poker Pro national final. Mike has competed in several World Series of Poker events in the past and has a long history of success playing poker. He will certainly be one of the favorites to take the top prize in the FPN Poker Pro final where the "league pro" will be crowned on December 3rd at The Mirage.

Daryl Braun from Jamestown, ND recently competed in the Sin City Showdown National Championship in Las Vegas. There were a total of 75 players from all over the US and the top ten received a buy-in into the following days WSOP event number 54. Daryl played some good cards and was able to make the top ten. Unfortunately the following day in the WSOP didn't go as well, but what a great experience. We look forward to seeing Daryl competing on the tables soon.
