The state of Nebraska was represented well at the HPT Dream Package National Championship on November 15th. Nebraska had four players in the top 30 out of 94 players. Everyone in the top 30 made it into the FPN $180 private qualifier the next day. Those four players were (24) Jeff Schulz from the Touchdown Club in North Platte, (23) Rod Lovig from the Depot in Norfolk, (16) Glenn Neighbors Jr. from the Touchdown Club in North Platte, and (7) Dusty Baker from Fugglies in Winside. Unfortunately the next day they all came up short with Rod, Jeff, and Glenn all making the final table and Jeff Schulz eventually being the bubble.
Doug Lage from Pilger, NE was drawn for the Scratch Poker drawing for November. Doug plays out of the Depot in Norfolk and has qualified himself for the Ultimate Poker Fantasy National Championship this summer!
