Main Event Mania Wraps Up With Big Winners

What a trip! The National Championship event held recently at the Golden Nugget was a huge success. Over 225 players from around the league participated (a new record!) and a total of four (4) $10,000 WSOP Main Event seats were awarded, over $10,000 in consolation cash, League Champ Bracelet, Tag Team Belts, Headsup contests vs. poker pro Dutch Boyd, and an appearance by 2003 WSOP Main Event Champ Chris Moneymaker! The Golden Nugget was the perfect host for this event, and we’re excited to announce we are coming back for the KING SLAYER CHAMPIONSHIP JANUARY 10-12TH, mark your calendars now!!

Kingslayer First Half Point Leaders

Minnesota leads the first have points leaders list with 6 of the top 10 scores for single scoring leagues. North Dakota has 2 players in the top 10 including leader Bart Seaberg. Illinois also has 2 in the top 10 players.  

The leagues with the 2x bonus is spread out with players from Florida, Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania and North Dakota. Delaware has the high points leader with Roger Senigo from Overtime Bar.

All of these players along with all other League Champs and Tournament of Champion winners will receive the Kingslayer Medallion and qualify for the National Event at the Golden Nugget, Las Vegas on January 10th-12th.

Randell Warning from Chuck's in Burbank, IL Takes Down League Champ Championship

Randell Warning from Chuck's in Burbank, IL is your Main Event Mania-League Champ Champion, earning the League Champ Bracelet and a $10,000 seat in the WSOP.

Randell won a crazy seesaw headsup battle over Tom Gjorde from the Willmar MN VFW. In the end it was Randell's night. The finish was wild as his AK vs Tom's AA made a Broadway straight to finally end the match. Fun night of poker!

There were 185 players in attendance with the top 28 advancing to Tuesday's Main Even Mania Championship where am additional three (3) WSOP event seats will be given away.

National Points Leaders - Main Event Mania - Winter Quarter

The regular season of the Main Event Mania promotion has wrapped up and here are your overall national points leaders. The following players CRUSHED their leagues and have qualified for the League Champ Championship Sunday June 30th at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas. The overall winner of that tournament will earn a $10,000 Main Event Seat and a FPN League Champion bracelet, the 15% advance to the Main Event Mania Championship Tuesday, July 2nd.
