MN Qualifies 16 to Golden Ticket National Championship

On Saturday October 20th 206 poker players from all across the state of Minnesota came together at Running Aces Casino to see who the new 16 Minnesota Champions would be.  The size of the field at the Minnesota Championship is double what the size of the National Championship is so going deep and winning in Minnesota is quite a feat in itself.  It was an exciting day all the way to the finish and we have video of the bubble when we lost two people.

After we lost two at the bubble the final 16 were all qualified for the Golden Ticket National Championship.  We played down to the top seven as the top seven won the airfare allowance and hotel stay at Harrah's.  Congratulations to the new Minnesota State Champions:
