On his way to winning, he busted his Dad (Bryan Thiele - grumpy415) in 9th place! In the first 90 minutes of the tourney he had terrible starting hands and mostly played with patience and position. He had only about 5% of the chips in play 3-handed, then woke up to a hot streak (AK, A9, QQ's in three consecutive hands) that catapulted him into the lead.
